This past Saturday was The DLF's Spring Fling Dinner at our boss's house. It was a themed beach/hawaiian dinner so we all had to dress accordingly. Here are the photos I took with my camera:

Everyone mingling.

Getting ready to watch the race; LoLa spotted the horses & was jumping at the TV. (Lexi does the same thing!)

Peter & Jen taking their seats.

Nancy getting kisses from her sweet little LoLa.

The DLF girls.

Us.

Li & Me.
After the race was over & several pictures were taken, Nancy made the announcement that the dinner was actually for Sandra & Santiago. SURPRISE soon to be newlyweds!!

Here is Nancy giving Sandra her crown & veil.

Loving all the attention. :o)

Dan sporting his manly flower clip.

The Lovebirds.
Dinner was next which was catered by Uncle Julio's (a mexican restaurant in VA which the DLF girls frequent for happy hour & dinner). I only took a couple pics during dinner because I was too busy stuffing my face with all of the yummy deliciousness:

Moriah & Adam

Alanna

Dan entertaining LoLa.
After dinner we played the Newlywed Game & I have to say some of the questions they were asked were hard! Here they are going over their answers:

After the game, it was present time!

The happy couple with our gift to them. It says "May All Your Dreams Come True" & holds photos; we got it at Pier 1.

Cake!

Lover.

"Chip you are in my personal space, I'm gonna have to drop you!" -Me

Awww, we're lovebirds too.

Li & Me after her 4 margaritas & my 5. :o)

When we finally got home, someone was very excited to see us:

She knew immediately that we had cheated on her with LoLa because we got the full body sniffs. We're sorry sweets!
We had a great time with everyone but we can't forget why we all came together in the first place - to Sandra & Santiago:
"May your wedding day be filled with love and laughter; may all the days ahead be happy ever after!"
Thank you Dani! The best of having a friend who is such a talented writer, is that some day she will capture your story. We wish we could have shared our big day with you...the best unnoficial bridesmaid a girl could have. Much love & Big Hugs ~ Sandra Lue
