Yesterday we were lucky enough to have Tom, Kristen & the babies down for the afternoon. Dan had decided that we take them over to a place that he saw one day while going for a run in Herndon. He spotted a sign that said, "free fun" & since then he was so excited to take JT there. It was all about nature, bugs & animals. So we got there around 1:30 p.m. & started walking around the tents that they had set up. Here's the photos I took:

Rylee's spot during the nature walk.

So excited to see Uncle Dan.

Learning about bugs.

Henrietta the Hen.

JT LOVED Henrietta.

Moe the cow.

Bullseye the goat.

Rylee slept the entire time - she was so good.

Dan trying to catch a butterfly for JT.

Showing JT the bug he caught.

Just after he got his tattoo put on.

Kristen (aka Momma) & I

Dan taking his turn pushing Rylee

Walking back towards the car & havin' fun.
After the nature walk, we drove back to our place to drop off the guys & Rylee so Kristen & I could take JT to get his haircut. He did so great...of course he was watching Elmo on TV & sucking on a lollipop the entire time, I would be great too:

After the haircut, we got home & JT wanted to sit in Phoebe. Since we had the top down it was easy getting him in but not so easy getting him out - he could've stayed in there all night:

When we tried to take him out he said, "no Momma, driving!"
I was able to take a few photos of Lexi in Phoebe too:

My favorite. :o)
Once Kristen, JT & I got back to the house, I made some spaghetti while the guys watched the Redskins game. We had a lot of fun & we were so glad they were able to make it down. We love you guys!
